Just like the Ferrari F355 version we introduced previously, this shift gate gasket spacer (P/N 168955) is a common wear item found on the Ferrari 456M, 550, 575, 599, and 612 — all manual transmission models.
Over time, the original part is virtually guaranteed to crack, crumble, and eventually turn to dust. It may look similar to the F355 version, but this is a separate part with a different part number.

The OEM part has been discontinued and is no longer available for back-order from Ferrari. To overcome the fragility of the original, we have developed a high-strength replacement spacer precision-machined from Duracon (POM) in Japan — a material known for its excellent wear and impact resistance. Parts machined from solid billet material are generally stronger than injection-moulded OEM equivalents.
Made in Japan. A reliable, long-lasting alternative — please consider it as a direct replacement.
